Pre-summer cotton in Mariupol, Berdyansk, and Melitopol - how the ZSU is preparing to liberate the south of Ukraine

As part of counteroffensive actions, the Ukrainian army is already conducting operations in the south of Ukraine.

On May 25, a powerful explosion thundered in occupied Berdyansk. Locals spread information about a direct hit on the military personnel of the occupiers. Judging by the nature of the explosion and prolonged detonation, a lot of ammunition was stored in the warehouse.

The Berdyansk city military administration reported the destruction of the C-300 air defense system. The research group "Conflict Intelligence Team" confirms the hit on the military object of the occupiers, in particular, adding information about the obituaries of the dead Russian soldiers.

On the same day, a Russian Su-25 aircraft was destroyed near the airfield in Melitopol. The National Guard reported on its work, additionally reporting on "accurate practice on air targets with MANPADS". Another enemy aircraft operating in tandem with the first was seriously damaged but was able to make an emergency landing.

The next day, an explosion rang out in Mariupol. Local telegram channels reported the arrival in the Azovstal region, confirming the information with photos and videos.

Already in the evening, the occupiers set up checkpoints to block the plant. From the open sources, it became known about the dead Russian soldiers at the place of the explosion.

On May 27, Berdyansk reminded of itself again. First, the Ukrainian army struck two Russian military deployment sites in Novopetrivka.

Then the Azovkabel factory was hit, where, according to locals, Russian forces were stationed. In addition to the destruction of a large arsenal of weapons, dozens of dead and wounded occupiers are reported. The Berdyansk military administration confirmed the strikes of the Armed Forces against the positions of the occupiers in the area of the plant.

On May 28, the former boarding house "Yalta" in occupied Yuryivka, Mariupol district, suffered a powerful blow. According to several sources, the recreation center on the Azov coast was turned into barracks by the occupiers. As a result - dozens of dead and hundreds of wounded soldiers - reports the adviser of the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andryushchenko.

Judging by the nature of the damage to the building, some experts suggest the use of British Storm Shadow long-range missiles by the Ukrainian military.

On the same day, it was also noisy in Berdyansk district. In addition to the arrival in the city itself, locals reported explosions in the villages of Andrivka and Novotroitske. The Berdyansk Military Academy confirms the strikes and reports at least 5 hits by the Ukrainian army.

During the day, the strikes on the occupied Priazov region only intensified. According to the Mariupol City Council, warehouses with ammunition in Nikolskyi, Urzuf, and Yuryivka were hit at the same time.

Already on May 30, Melitopol was distinguished. After two explosions, locals noticed black smoke in the industrial zone. Later, it became known that the Avtocolorlyt factory had been hit, where, according to the mayor of the city, Ivan Fedorov, a Russian military base is located.

On the last day of spring, there were reports from the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions about powerful explosions in the occupied Poloza, Tokmak, and Vasylivsky districts. In particular, some sources report that the occupiers were hit in Dniprorudny and Pology.

At the same time, several local telegram channels report on the precise strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the positions of the occupiers in the Oleshkiv district and in the Kakhovka district. Operational command "South" confirmed the strike on the area of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment.
